India edition

Another year has gone by and Kaily and I look back on our 2016 with happy hearts. We said goodbye to our first apartment together, moved to the other side of the world, became teachers, flew to Maui and celebrated a wedding! We came back to Thailand, we continued to form relationships with our friends and students,  and we traveled Thailand and got to see such amazing beauty that has made us feel lucky to call this place home. Before we knew it, it was the end of another year again. We find it hard to believe that just over a year ago we found out that this opportunity would be possible, and it's a wonderful thing to think back on the good things that have taken place this year in 2016.
A few months back Kaily and I had the idea "Hey! let's spend our Christmas holidays in India!" We took ourselves seriously and with our friend Crystal, we flew to India for a 10 day trip around Northern India in the province of Rajasthan. From New Delhi, to Agra, to Jaipur, to Udaipur, to Ranakpur, to Jodhpur, to Pushkar and back to New Delhi, we were given a glimpse of the chaos, the diversity and the beauty that is India. India was unlike any country we had ever experienced, and it was a trip of a lifetime. I could write about countless stories, and situations that we found ourselves in, but I will leave those for when we are face to face.
So enjoy a glimpse into our Indian adventure, as we share with you the end of what has been an amazing year for both of us.
We miss you and we love you all
